  • 1 bag of large carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Coarse Salt

Recipe (here)

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Peel carrots & cut in quarters
  • Pour olive oil and sprinkle salt on carrots before placing on tray
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes (until brown), flipping carrots every 10 minutes for even cooking
  • Sprinkle with salt & serve with ketchup/ranch 

My first attempt at cooking something that does not come pre-packaged. (Because botching a smoothie is a pretty hard thing to do) I was actually surprised at how few ingredients were needed and how tasty it ended up being.

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 chopped banana
  • 1 cup of another fruit (I used 1/2 cup of strawberries and 1/2 cup of mango)
