Ingredients
- 1 bag of large carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Coarse Salt

- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Peel carrots & cut in quarters
- Pour olive oil and sprinkle salt on carrots before placing on tray
- Cook for 25-30 minutes (until brown), flipping carrots every 10 minutes for even cooking
- Sprinkle with salt & serve with ketchup/ranchÂ
